I left McCook during my sophomore year and moved to Phillipsburg, KS. I graduated from PHS and then received my BA from Kansas University.
I met my future husband while in high school and have been married for 41 years. We have been in Washington KS since college graduation where we owned the local pharmacy. I taught in the elementary school for 30 years and have been retired since 2004. We now spend our winters in Gold Canyon, AZ.
