I moved from McCook in 1979 and went to school in both Indianola and Grand Island, but have always considered McCook my home.
I look forward to coming home when my time in the Marine Corps comes to an end.
I joined the Marines in 1984 and following a short time away after my first enlistment, have worn the uniform for 24 plus years, served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm, 2 tours in Iraq and 1 Afghanistan tour. I now live in Virginia and work at Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) in the Pentagon.
We have just under 3 years until I reach my 30 year mark and will be heading back home to Nebraska.
