Comments:

I'm sure my employment details are as uninspiring as most, so let's condense into "worked in electronics in Wichita, Boise, and Pullman Washington, retired at the end of 2022".

Marie and I were married in 1988 and have the three children listed above. My children are way more accomplished than I was at their ages. Liz has a doctorate in music, Gabi has a doctorate in animal genetics and Tom is a former army 82nd Airborne paratrooper who served in Afghanistan. At least they still find me amusing. That's something.

Marie works for the Catholic diocese of Baker, Oregon. We live in Prineville, a small town that's experienced a lot of the growth this area has since the 1980's. I'm still interested in distance running. It's been cool to watch on the Internet some historic races that I could only read about in high school. I also have a bit of 'old' vacuum tube test equipment and consumer electronics that I like to mess with. My wife and kids don't really understand, but that's okay.

I love my Lord Jesus Christ, my wife Marie, and my children. (Sorry kids, you're #3 but that's the way it should be). I don't know when this platform became available, but I guess I finally got off of my ass and took advantage of it!
I hope the class of '74 has a nice reunion; I'll be chilling in central Oregon.

School Story:

Honestly, most of what occurred in high school seemed to have escaped my attention. I was single focused at the time and I'm told that I'm not the most observant person you could find.

One short story that I'll forever remember is Mike Thomas ('73) giving Richard Ryan, the exchange student from England ('72 -'73, I think) a ride in Mike's Olds 4-4-2. I'm sure Richard didn't know what to expect and at one point I looked back at him and he was pale white (more than usual, being a Brit) and holding on for dear life.

I also vividly remember the time Jim Tiller first ran sub-2:00 for the 880 and broke the school record. I knew he had talent, but it was like "holy crap, just where the hell did that come from?".
