A Resident of St. Francisville, LA., passed away peacefully at home with her children by her side, on Saturday morning, October 21, 2017. She was 97 and a member of Open Door Baptist Church in Denham Springs. Preceded in death by; husband, William Charles Halley, Sr., parents; Conrad and Mary Brown, sisters; Esther Vontz, Marie Saunders, Elsie Guida and Brother Harry Brown.
