RALEIGH - Mrs. Elizabeth Henderson Caudle, 99, of Raleigh, died Nov. 26, 1996, at Springmoor Retirement Community.
A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29, 1996, at Montlawn Memorial Cemetery, with the Rev. Phyllis Mayo officiating. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. in the auditorium at Springmoor Retirement Community.
Mrs. Caudle was born in Apollo, Pa., on June 24, 1897, the daughter of the late William Stuart and Winifred Jackson Henderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fitzgerald R. Caudle, in 1974.
Mrs. Caudle, a Raleigh resident since 1935, was a charter member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Beverly Caudle Myatt and husband, Ernest of Greensboro; two sons, Fitzgerald R. Caudle, Jr. and wife, Ann of Wrightsville Beach, and Robert W. Caudle and wife, Betsy of Wilmington; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
Arrangements are by Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 300 St. Mary's Street, Raleigh.
