Maxwell Scott was born in 1915 in Red Willow Co., NE to Martin and Anna Scott. He was a survivor of polio.  He married Ruth Spencer and they had four children.  Maxwell was a District Operating Manager of Iowa Electric Company. He died in November 2013 in Florence OR at the age of 98.
