Erma Elizabeth Traut, 87, McCook, died Sunday, November 30, 1992 at Community Hospital in McCook.

She was born September 23, 1905 in Oberlin to Henry and Elizabeth (Glantz) Traut.

She grew up in McCook and was a 1922 graduate of McCook High School.

She was employed by DeGroff's Department Store before joining the Johnson Fruit Co., which became Gamble-Robinson, where she was a bookkeeper for 25 years, retiring in April of 1975.

Survivors include a niece, Mabel Jean Schmer of Austin, Texas.

Services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday at St. Alban's Episcopal Church in McCook with the Rev. Robert Trask officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Alban's Columbarium.

Herrmann Funeral Home of McCook is in charge of arrangements.
