Walter P. Sattler, 77, Long Branch, N.J., formerly of Lincoln, died Tuesday. 24 years civil service supervisory general engineer, Dept. of Army Electronic Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., until retirement in 1966. Right of way engineer for State of Nebraska.
