Norma Wolgamott (Yeager) - Class Of 1948

Norma Jean Yeager, 63, McCook, died Tuesday, November 30, 1993 at Community Hospital in McCook.

She was born August 25, 1930 at Lexington to Wayne O. and Fern I. (Wilsey) Wolgamott. She lived in McCook for 51 years and was a 1948 graduate of McCook High School.

On May 14, 1950 she married Harold E. Yeager in McCook. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary, and Rebekah Lodge. Her father preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of McCook; her mother of Curtis; three sons, Wes Yeager and wife, Paula and Kenny Yeager and wife, Joann, all of McCook, and Lesley Yeager and wife, Nancy of Southlake, Texas; two daughters, Georgia abnd husband, Larry Kelly and Cindy Banos, all of McCook; two brothers, Ray Wolgamott and wife, Evelyn of Imperial, and Roy Wolgamott and wife, Carolyn of Lincoln; two sisters, Ardis Ruppert of Curtis, and Phyllis and husband, George Ogg of McCook; and 11 grandchildren.

Services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, at Carpenter-Breland Funeral Home in McCook, with Clark Bates officiating. Burial will be in the Culbertson Cemetery.

Visitation will be today until 9 p.m., Thursday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. until service time. Memorials may be given in her memory and left at the funeral home. Carpenter-Breland Funeral Home of McCook is in charge of arrangements.
