Donna Plourd (Morthole) - Class Of 1947

CULBERTSON -- Donna R. Morthole of Culbertson died Saturday at the Community Hospital in McCook at the age of 51. She was born February 20, 1929 in McCook to Fred and Maude Plourd.

She is survived by her husband, Werner K. Morthole; one daughter, Mrs. Doran (Cindy) McCollam of Culbertson, and two sons, Tim of Grand Island and Lynn of Culbertson; three grandchildren; five brothers, William Plourd of Portland, Oregon; Bob Plourd of San Diego, California; Warren Plourd of McCook; Fred Plourd of Sterling, Colorado; and Mike Plourd of North Platte; four sisters, Mrs. Marjorie Sochacki of Marine City, Michigan; Mrs. Anita Danzer of Bend, Oregon; Mrs. Jean Lacey of Culbertson, and Mrs. Linda Lilienthal of Culbertson. Three sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral Services - St. John's Lutheran Church, Culbertson, Nebraska, Wednesday, March 26, 1980, 2 p.m. Words of Comfort - Rev. Glenn A Schultz, Rev. John K Raess. Music: Organist - Shirley Stecker; Soloist - Gene Wegener; Hymn Selections - "How Great Thou Art;" "One Day At A Time."

Escorts: Alfred Fahrenbruch, Dale Nowka, Harm Alberts, Wayne Joy, Gordon Rippen, Frank Korell.

Final Resting Place: Culbertson Cemetery, Culbertson, Nebraska. Carpenter Breland Service, McCook, Nebraska.
