LINCOLN --- Evelyn L. Marshall, 75, of Lincoln, died Saturday (July 12, 2003) at Bryan LGH East Hospital in Lincoln.
She was born Feb. 12, 1928, to Lee and Doris (Hamilton) Dinnel in Hayes County.
Her family moved to McCook in the 1940's where she grew up and graduated from McCook High School in 1945. She completed two years at McCook Junior College.
On Jan. 23, 1948, she married J. Burgess Marshall. They spent their married life in Lincoln where her husband was in management and agency training for Bankers Life Insurance which became Principal Insurance Company. He preceded her in death in January 2001.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Burgess.
Survivors include one daughter, Janet Schrodt and husband, Michael of Malcolm; one son, John B. Marshall and wife, Linda, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; one brother, Lee Dinnel and wife, Janie, of McCook; o
