Services for Ralph M. Felling, 70 of Lompoc, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lompoc Cemetery with Chaplain James Miller of Vandenberg Air Force Base officiating. Military honors will be provided by Vandenberg AFB.
Mr. Felling was born November 15, 1921 in St. Joseph, MO and grew up in McCook, NE. He had lived in Lompoc at various times since his retirement as a a captain from the U. S. Air force in 1961 after 21 years of service. He then was employed by General Electric Corp. for 23 years and was the property manager when he retired in 1984.
Mr. Felling died Saturday, April 11, 1992, at Cottage Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Felling of Lompoc: three daughters, three sons, one brother, and two grandchildren.
