William Montgomery Austin was born on August 19, 1917 to Robert Dillon and Viola Ward Austin in McCook NE and died September 4, 1999 in Redding CA. He received his high school education in McCook and graduated in 1935. He attended seminary in Minneapolis MN and served as president of his senior class in 1940. On May 24, 1942, he married Dana Fae Gross at Grand Junction CO. He served in his Christian Ministry in Nebraska, Colorado and California for 57 years. He was an accomplished musician, evangelist, pastor and author.
