Danny R. Sines Wednesday, March 21, 2007 Sept. 23, 1950 - March 18, 2007 Danny R. Sines, 56, of McCook, died Sunday (March 18, 2007) at Community Hospital in McCook. He was born in McCook to Virgil E. and Edith (Dawson) Sines on Sept. 23, 1950. He graduated from McCook High School in 1969. He married Carolyn Meixner on June 23, 1995, at the First Assembly of God Church in McCook. He worked at Valmont for five years, he also worked for Outdoor Sports Gun Shop, and United Supplies. He was preceded in death by his mother, Edith and brother, Gene. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn of McCook; his father, Virgil Sines of Cambridge; step-son, Dennis Mizell and wife, Sareth of Shreveport, Texas; step-daughter, Christy Lesher and husband, Scott of Grand Island; step-brother, Lawrence "Sonny" Cochran of Tucumcari, N.M.; and three step-grandchildren. Memorials may be given in his name. Funeral services will be Friday, 11 a.m., at the First Assembly of God with the Rev. Eddie Wright officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
