Platoon Commander of SSGT GAGE
SSGT John Gage was my Platoon SGT from Oct 69 until his death. He was killed in action during his 3rd tour in Viet Nam. I remember him as an energetic and tireless marine who gave all that he had to me and to his subordinates. His loss was deeply felt by me and all who knew him.
