Joni Marie Clapp, 42, died Sunday (Aug. 7, 2005) at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.
She was born May 7, 1963, to Kenneth and Dorinda (Haarberg) Polly in Imperial. She graduated from McCook High School and trained at the McCook Beauty Academy.
She married Randy Clapp at Peace Lutheran Church in McCook on July 4, 2004.
She was employed by Valmont Industries and was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Randy Clapp of McCook; two daughters, Jennifer Clapp of Eilson Air Force Base, Fairbanks, Alaska, and Courtney Clapp of McCook; a son, Charles Clapp of McCook; her parents Kenneth and Dorinda Polly of McCook; two brothers, David Polly and wife, Karla of McCook, and Jeffrey Polly and wife, Elaine of McCook; two sisters, Rhonda Kostos of Pueblo, Colo., and Sarah Hoehner and husband, Chris of Kearney; grandmother, Eunice Bodeman of Wauneta; relatives; and friends.
Services will be Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at Peace Lutheran Church in McCook with the Rev. North Sherrill officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in McCook.
