David Fredrick Daugherty, 40, Lincoln, died Thursday (7/13/06) at home. Dave was born to Fredrick and Marjorie (Claytor) Daugherty on Aug. 21, 1965, in Hutchinson, Kan. He graduated from McCook High School and the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota. Dave had a deep love for his family and was very interested in computers and radio broadcasting. Dave was a communications major with an emphasis in broadcasting. He was previously employed in radio as Dave Matthews in Sioux Falls, S.D., McCook, Kearney and Lincoln, at KBRL, KICX, KPAT/KSOO, KICX, KKPR, KLIN/KEZG, KFMQ and KZKX. He was most recently employed by G-Tech.
