SCOTTSBLUFF, Nebraska -- Kathleen Rose (Treinen) Knepp, 58, died May 28, 2012, in a vehicle accident.

She was born Jan. 4, 1954, to the late Matt and Dorothy Treinen, formerly of McCook.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Matt and Dorothy Treinen and a sister, Marcia Steele.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Knepp, of Scottsbluff; daughters, Wendy Knepp of Hutchinson, Kansas, Valerie Knepp of Omaha, Nebraska and Veronia Knepp of Scottsbluff; brothers, Mike Treinen and wife, Deb of College Station, Texas, Don Treinen and wife, Sherry of Kearney, Nebraska, Mark Treinen and wife, Joni of Lincoln, Nebraska; sisters, JoAnn Decker and husband, Jim, and Barb Kent and husband, Jim, both of Benkelman, Nebraska; one granddaughter and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service is set for 10 a.m. MDT, Saturday, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Scottsbluff.

Memorials may be given to the family.
