Betty Lou Erb

November 27, 1945 – November 2, 2024

Betty (Rains) Erb was born in Benkelman, Nebraska on November 27, 1945. She graduated from McCook High School in 1963. She married Gary Erb on August 27, 1966. The first few years of their marriage they lived in California. They moved to Colorado next. She worked as an office manager both in retail auto sales and construction contracting. After retiring, Betty and Gary split their time between Minnesota and Nevada.

In her free time, Betty was active in local sewing groups. She enjoyed traveling and reading. Betty also enjoyed going to school and working with their daughter's students for many years.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert O. Rains, her mother Grace E. Rains, and her sister Patty A. Rains. She is survived by her husband, Gary Erb, daughter Gara, and son Chris. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Riley and Rowan Erb
