Robert Stuver - Class Of 1962
GUIDE ROCK, Neb. — Robert John “R.J.” Stuver was born in McCook, Neb., on Feb. 29, 1944, and died in Guide Rock, Neb., on Dec. 17, 2020. He was a member of the 1960 Bison Football 10-0 Big Ten Conference Champions. R.J. was a Vietnam combat veteran. He is survived by his three sisters, Linda Stuver (Don Howe), Susan Peterson (Robert), and Donna Martin (Glenn); and his loving dog, Shiva. He was preceded in death by his parents, Erna (Kalinski) and Robert L. Stuver. There will be no service. In memory of R.J. please read a book or poem, listen to some music and be kind to all humans and animals.
