McCOOK, Nebraska -- William Robert Frasier, age 73, of McCook, died at McCook Community Hospital on Sept. 27, 2013.

He was born Jan. 25, 2013, in Hastings, Nebraska, to Robert Frasier and Virginia (Amen). He graduated from McCook High School in 1958 and moved to Englewood, Colorado the day after his graduation to be with his life-long love, Barbara Clack.

On April 19, 1958, in Sedalia, Colorado, he wed Barbara and they resided in the Denver area until 1977, when they moved to Alliance, returning to Denver in 1981. He obtained his Colorado Real Estate License at age 19 and became the youngest member of the National Association of Realtors. From the early 1970s until 1988, Bill sold real estate and became a mortgage banker, while also taking on the role of a builder/developer until 1988. He published the 'Residental Salesmans' FHA and VA handbook and was acknowledged with numerous awards for his outstanding salesman/developer skills on corporate levels.

In 1988, William and Barb opened Willow Ridge Event Center in the foothills west of Denver, which soon became Denver's premier location for catered parties, receptions and corporate meetings with more than 200 events a year, some booked three years ahead. In 1992, Willow Ridge was voted finest event center in Denver by Colorado Caterers Association. They sold Willow Ridge in 2000 and moved back to McCook for their retirement.

His interests were spending time with his friends and family, '50's style hot rods, custom cars, fighting city hall and local economic development. Many fond memories of family skiing and camping trips and just hanging out at home enjoying one another's company.

My condolences to the family.  I remember "Billly Bob" as an icon of "Cool" when I was little.  My brother,

Bob Petersen "Pete", was a friend of your brothers and I always thought they were so hip and should be on

"American Band Stand" with their white tee shirts, black leather jackets and levis rolled up.  Such impressions that stick in

our memories.  They were the good guys to me.  May all of you find peace and comfort from the Lord in this time of

sorrow.

My sincerest Sympathy,

Diane (Petersen) Tillman
