Moiya Louise Linden, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. She was born on April 18, 1939, in McCook, Neb. Moiya graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from St. Teresa's College in Winona, Minn. In 1961, she married Brian Linden. Moiya is survived by her daughter, Monica Heinrich (Markus); her three sons, Jim, Dan (Susan) and Patrick (Kelly); grandchildren, Rachel, John, Thomas and Elizabeth; step-grandchildren, Lexi, Ellen, Toby and Anna; brother, Chris James; and her sister, Susie Garrison.She was preceded in death by her husband, Brian; brother, Mike; and her parents, Dr. Louis James and Berniece James. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5101 Schofield St., Monona, at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2018, with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Moiya's honor.
