Robert Allen Modrell, 71, died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Cheyenne County Hospital in St. Francis, Kan. Robert was born, June 6, 1938, son of Lyle Stephens and Bertha Mae (Campbell) Modrell in McCook, NE. Robert was a retired computer program specialist for the Bureau of Reclamation. Survivors are: wife, Sonia (Lampe) Modrell of St. Francis; son, David Modrell of Boise, Idaho; daughter, Teresa Chase of Stansbury Park, Utah; sister, Marilyn Corey of Lake City, Iowa; and three grandchildren.
