Richard Lenhart born September 30, 1936 to Ralph and Lydia Lenhart in McCook, Nebraska gained his wings Monday October 19, 2020. Richard lived his entire youth life in Nebraska until he decided to join the United States Air Force in 1956 after graduating college. He then met his soon to be wife of 56 years Carol in 1964 where he was stationed in Georgia. They soon after had their first born Cindy in 1965. He then got stationed to Hawaii where their second child Richard was born in 1966. Then stationed to New Mexico they had their last daughter RoseAnn in 1968. They then traveled to England where they spent 3 and a half years. Richard then got stationed back into the states to Goodfellow Air Force Base where he remained until he retired. He enjoyed being surrounded by his kids, grandkids, and great-grandchildren. He had a passion for sports and loved to watch them whenever he could. Richard is survived by his wife Carol Lenhart and kids Cindy, Richard II, and RoseAnn all of San Angelo. Also survived by 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons as well as 4 great grandsons and 4 great granddaughters, and 1 great granddaughter Ryver Thomas that he now has joined in heaven.
