Dolly Ann Franklin, 85 of Owasso, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, January 6, 2022 in Catoosa, Oklahoma with family by her side. She was born July 6, 1936 in McCook, Nebraska to her parents, Louis W. Dulaney and Anna Josephine Smith Dulaney. On July 12, 1956 she took the hand of Harold Marlin Franklin and they were married. Over the next 65 years they built a family and shared their lives together.

Dolly is survived by her loving husband, Harold Franklin of Owasso, Oklahoma; his son, Mark Franklin and his wife Tammy of Owasso, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Justin Franklin of Collinsville, Oklahoma, SFC, Jeremy Franklin and his wife Courtney of San Antonio, Texas, Jessica Young and her husband Will of Owasso, Oklahoma and Mark Allen Franklin and his wife Moriah of Salina, Oklahoma; ten great-grandchildren and many friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Susan Ann Hickman; her brother, Phil Dulaney; and great-grandson, Dempsy Franklin.
