Married 1956 to Phyllis M. Ditus. Graduated Bachelor Degree from University of Nebraska. Entered the Army as a 2d Lt. in Armor Bracnch. Served in Vietnam as a Major. Got out of Active Army and served as a Reservist in Anchorage, Alaska. In Anchorage, I taught high school English for five years. I was a Realtor for five years. Earned a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Alaska (Anchorage). Had a heart attack and a severe stroke which ended my Realtor and my Army (25 years) with a retirement. Since then (1979), I have seen my kids graduate from college, get married, and have five grandchildren. My wife retired from teaching. We have been busy with our stocks, traveling, and keeping up with our computors ever since. In 1999, we bought a second home just a few blocks from Donyel in Woodland, California, and a condo in Waikiki at Honolulu, Hawaii. We have been blessed with traveling from Alaska to California and Hawaii every year!
