OBERLIN, Kan. -- Clara "Lucille" Fowler, 84, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014, at Decatur County Good Samaritan Society in Oberlin. She was born April 18, 1930, on a farm north of McCook, Nebraska. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by parents, Paul and Marie (Wind) Smith; husband, Lloyd Fowler; son, Donald Fowler; daughter, Donna Weingert; brothers, Raymond, Clifford and Allen Smith; and sisters, Esther Needem, Pauliene Bradley, Mary Ann Goetz and Margaret McGuire. Survivors include her children, Ernest and wife, Cynthia Fowler of Oberlin and Bonnie Fowler of McCook; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
