Bonnie Jo Gardner, age 90, from McCook, Nebraska, passed peacefully on May 20th, 2020 from natural causes.

She married her loving, life partner and high school sweetheart, retired U.S. Army Colonel Jack Junior Gardner. They were happily married for 67 years. As an Army spouse of 31 years, she travelled the world: living in Germany, Brazil, & Panama before retiring to Ft. Walton Beach, Florida in 1977. Bonnie was classy, sincere, radiant & a loving inspiration to all! She greeted all with a warm, welcoming smile.

She is predeceased by her loving husband, Jack Junior Gardner; her son, Scott Franklin Gardner; and her granddaughter, Marie Beverly Gardner. She is survived by her son, Mark Gardner, and her grandson, James Gardner.

Her burial will be open to the public & she will be buried alongside her husband & her son on June 10, 2020 at 10:00am, Beal Memorial Cemetery at 316 N.W. Beal Parkway, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548.
