Joe Monzon, 91, of Centennial, passed away February 22, 2020. Joe was a dedicated and faithful man, not only to his country and his career, but also his family. Joe retired from the United States Navy as a Chief Gunner's Mate and also retired from Martin-Marietta after 30 years of dedicated service. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 29 years, Brenda; his children, Joseph (Sheila) Dirk, Tehmina (Kenny) Marsh, Meri Louise Monzon, Glenn (Sharon) Monzon, Rex (Lisa) Monzon, Deanna Deets, and Debbie (Tim) Deets; 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; his siblings, Victor (Mary Ellen) Monzon and Jenny Jones; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Dave Deets and several brothers and sisters. A visitation for Joe will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 2pm until 4pm at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary. A rosary service for Joe will be held at 2pm at the Mortuary. Funeral Services for Joe will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on March 3, 2020 at 2:30pm
