Robert “Bob” Dike, 88, of Longmont, formerly of Estes Park passed away on November 12, 2014. Bob was born on April 9, 1926 in McCook, NE to Frances and Anna Dike. He joined the US Navy and served during World II. Bob married Ilabell “Billie” Berry on June 22, 1947. They lived in Nebraska until 1953 before moving to Colorado.

Bob retired as Superintendent from the Estes Park Power Plant. He served on the Estes Park Volunteer Fire Department from 1968 to 1986. Bob was a Deacon and ordained ruling elder of the Community Church of the Rockies in Estes Park. Bob was a lifetime member and past commander of the American Legion. He liked to work in his electric shop and working with wood and toy making.

Bob is survived by his son, two daughters, a sister, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Billie; 4 brothers; twin sister Roberta Dike and great-grandchild Ashley.
