Patty Ferguson (Eisenhart) - Class Of 1942

Patricia J. Eisenhart Oct. 6, 1924 - March 22, 2015 CULBERTSON, Neb. -- Patricia J. Eisenhart, age 90, of Culbertson, passed away at the McCook Community Hospital on Sunday, March 22, 2015. She was born in Wauneta, Nebraska, on Oct. 6, 1924, to Harry G. and Christine (Van Pelt) Ferguson. Pat attended and graduated from McCook High School in 1942. She attended McCook Junior College, graduating in 1944 with a degree in elementary education and music. Pat then attended the University of Nebraska for one year. Pat taught in Clay Center for nine years. She was united in marriage to Russell Eisenhart on May 26, 1946, in McCook. The couple made their home in Clay Center, moving to Culbertson in 1966. Pat was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of the PEO, serving as president of the Chapter T in Clay Center. Pat transferred her membership to Chapter FA of PEO in Culbertson. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of Culbertson. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joseph B. Ferguson. Pat is survived by her husband, Russell, of 68 years; daughter, Nancy and husband, Don Churchwell of Fort Collins, Colorado; two sons, Russell Jr. and wife, Annette Eisenhart and David and wife, Doris Eisenhart, all of Culbertson; seven grandchildren and nine great-grand children.
