Mary Colleen St. Clair

Mary Colleen St. Clair passed away at her home in San Mateo January 26,2015 at the age of 92. Born in Lincoln Nebraska, she joined here family in San Mateo in 1941 after a brief stay with family in Arizona. As a single working woman, she had many employers during her career, but spent the longest with National Seal and Motor Bearing as a Data Control Processor for 27 years, and later with Ferry Morris Seed Company as a Data Control Supervisor for 13 years before retiring. Her passions in life were family, friends, the opera, symphony, plays and dancing, which she shared many years with her long time companion Pat (deceased). She traveled extensively throughout the years alone and meeting family in Europe and later with her best friend to numerous places in the U.S. and abroad. She enjoyed volunteer work for her Church , St. Timothy's, and belonged to several clubs and associations.
Daughter of the late Ruth and Ralph St. Clair, devoted sister to the late Austin, Joseph and Richard St. Clair. She is survived by her brothers Robert (Norma) and Thomas (Helen) and sister Helen (Bill) and many nieces nephews and friends.
She enjoyed her life to the fullest and brought so much joy to all who knew her, Her gentle spirit, kind heart and humor will be deeply missed by all. Continue to keep a watchful eye on all of us who love you so dearly.
