Mary Perkins (Eiler) - Class Of 1931

Mary Eiler OBERLIN ? Mary Eiler, 91, Oberlin, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005. Mrs. Eiler was born Mary Perkins on May 2, 1914, in McCook, Neb. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd, in 2001. Survivors include three sons, Roger Perkins of Denver, Ron Eiler of Lawrence and Danny Eiler of Oberlin; four granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Pauls Funeral Home, 121 N. Penn, Oberlin 67749. Burial will be in Oberlin Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Cedar Living Center, Oberlin. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until the time of service today at the funeral home. She was born May 2, 1914, in Indianola to George W. Perkins and Mary Mae Kubic. She went to school in McCook. She married Floyd C. Eiler on June 8, 1952. The couple made their home on a farm near Oberlin before moving to Oberlin. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Mae (Kubic) Perkins; her husband, Floyd Eller in 2001; and brother, George Perkins. Survivors include three sons, Roger and Sharon Perkins of Denver, Colo., Ron Eiler of Lawrence, Kan., and Danny Eiler of Oberlin; four granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren. Services were today at Pauls Funeral Home in Oberlin. Interment was at the Oberlin Cemetery. Memorials are being accepted in her name at the Cedar Living Center in Oberlin.
