Margaret Cecelia Shirley Boner June 26, 1922-July 14, 2007 WRAY, Colo. -- Margaret Cecelia Shirley was born to Thomas Clarence and Isabell Shirley in Frontier County near Freedom, Neb., on June 26, 1922.
