July 9, 1972 - Oct. 28, 2020. BATON ROUGE, La. — Jill Marie Byer Mitchell, 48, of Baton Rouge, passed away from cancer on Oct. 28, 2020, at the Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, also located in Baton Rouge. She died surrounded by the love of two of her children, Kareem (KJ) and Kimora Mitchell and her sister, Faith.
