Louis Andrew 'Andy' Grenier

HASTINGS, Neb. -- Louis Andrew "Andy" Grenier, age 64, of Hastings, passed away at the Mary Lanning Hospital in Hastings on June 27, 2014.

He was born in Seattle, Washington, to Raymond and Phyllis (Wentz) Grenier. Andy grew up in McCook, Nebraska.

Andy went to Chadron, Nebraska, joining the Job Corps and later attained his GED. He spent most of his adult life in Hastings in an A.C.T. group home.

Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Phyllis and brother, Eugene.

He is survived by his brother, Raymond and his wife, Janet of Whitetown, Indiana; sister-in-law, Pattie Grenier of McCook; a niece and nephew.

Inurnment is today, Thursday, July 10, 2014, 1 p.m., graveside at Memorial Park Cemetery in McCook, with Pastor Ted Long officiating.

Herrmann-Jones Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
