Richard W. Carroll Sr., 82, of Youngstown, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 22, 2018. He was born on June 9, 1936 in McCook, Nebraska. He retired from the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Loraine Carroll; brother, Leonard; and sister, Juanita. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 59 years, Claudia Fulghum Carroll; daughter, Lynda Parish; sons, Rick Carroll Jr. (Christine) and Chris Carroll (April); sisters, Lois Malleck, Nancy Boyer, Mary Carroll; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members. A graveside service was at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 26, 2018, at Brown Cemetery with Rev. Billy Melvin officiating.
