It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolly Ann Franklin of Owasso, Oklahoma, born in McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Dulaney and Anna Josephine Smith Dulaney; her daughter Susan Ann Hickman; her brother Phil Dulaney; and her great grandchild Dempsy Franklin. She is survived by : her husband Harold Franklin of Owasso, Oklahoma; her step-son Mark Franklin (Tammy) of Owasso, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Justin Franklin of Collinsville, Jeremy Franklin (Courtney) of San Antonio, Jessica Young (Will) of Owasso and Mark Allen Franklin (Moriah) of Salina, Oklahoma. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and many friends and extended family.
