Vicki L. MacIntosh, 83, of North Platte, passed away Jan. 19, 2014, at North Platte Care Center.

She was born on Jan. 19, 1931, to Roy and Violet (McCullough) Hart at Summerfield, Kan. She grew up in the McCook area and graduated from McCook High School.

Vicki was united in marriage to LeRoy Mundhenke on Sept. 3, 1948. They continued to live in McCook and had two children, Cindy and Gary.

She worked at Sehnert’s Bakery, where she was a cake decorator.

She moved to California and later married Sandy MacIntosh. Following his death, Vicki moved to North Platte in 1993.

She volunteered with senior ministries at the First Baptist Church and enjoyed painting.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Hastings, of North Platte, and Gary (Jacque) Mundhenke, of Princeton, Kan.; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Norma Jean Hart; a brother, Bobby Hart; a husband, Sandy; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m., on Thursday, Jan. 23, at Carpenter Memorial Chapel. Cremation was chosen. Those wishing to sign the memorial book may do so from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., today and Wednesday, Jan. 22, at Carpenter Memorial Chapel.
