James L. Utter, 67, of North Platte, died May 13, 2013, at Golden Living Center in Broken Bow. Jimmy  grew up in McCook, and graduated with the McCook High School class of 1964. He had lived in McCook many years before moving to North Platte with his wife Sally,  She died in February of 2010.  He had recently moved to Broken Bow.  Services were at 1 p.m., Friday, May 24, at the First United Methodist Church in North Platte. Cremation was chosen. Carpenter Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
